What kind of filmmaker would I be if I didn't know how to throw together a soundtrack? This is where I share, primarily, mixtapes-as-soundtracks to movies that will never exist via 8tracks.
Weird concept, I know; but then again, I'm kind of a weird guy.
Do you think we're all consciously interconnected? This ideas been coming to me about how these dudes share the same lives and same feelings and everything, but they have no idea about each other. Ever since I started writing my short story that will turn to whatever it's supposed to, I've been coming across similar ideas on random ass websites. It's crazy. I mean like one idea spouting from someone can leak to who knows how many of us. But I really dig and respect your music and work man
ONE LOVE
I honestly do believe in that concept. I feel that we’re all bound by the same conduit of the Earth’s energy. We’ve lost the ability to communicate the way every other lifeform has been scientifically established to communicate with one another as well as the planet; for instance, we’re the only ones who can’t feel and hear the rhythms of the Earth that warn of impending natural disasters like earthquakes or storms.
This is why I find art to be so vital: through the visual, musical, written and conceptual arts, we find ways to communicate across all barriers. When you hear a fifty year old song, read a hundred year old story, or see a five thousand year old image carved in stone, you can still understand the message being evoked, regardless of age, race, religion, culture—those rare moments when we are fortunate enough to experience pure, honest works of art, we momentarily tap into that shared consciousness. We’re able to laugh, cry, and be moved in unison.
Thanks for bringing that topic up, it’s much appreciated.
Peace.
